For the first 6 days drink 32 oz. of room temperature apple juice each day (drinking the juice throughout the day, during, just before, and in the first two hours after meals and in the evening.) Apple juice works best! Other herbal formulas, with less sugar DO NOT WORK anywhere as well as apple juice.
Do not drink or eat cold foods or beverages for the 6 days as the cold liquids shut down the liver and seriously reduce the effectiveness of the cleanse.
On the sixth day, eat a light breakfast and lunch. Do not eat or drink anything except water after 1:30 pm, otherwise you may have difficulties passing stones.
6:00 pm: Add 4 tablespoons of Epsom salts to 24 ounces of filtered water. This will make four 6 oz. servings. Drink ¾ (6oz.) glass now. You may add lemon juice to taste.
8:00 pm: Drink your second ¾ (6oz.) serving of Epsom salts
9:30 pm: Have a series of bowel movements
9:45 pm: Wash grapefruits, lemons, or oranges and squeeze them by hand and remove the pulp. You will need ¾ juice, pour the juice and ½ glass of olive oil into a pint jar. Close the jar and shake about 20 times.
10:00 pm: Stand next to your bed, drink olive oil mixture while keeping nostrils closed. Do no take more than 5 minutes to drink the mixture. LIE DOWN IMMEDIATELY! Prop your head up higher than your abdomen or lie down on your right side with knees pulled toward your head. Lie perfectly still for at least 20 minutes without talking. (This is to relax the liver, and force the Epsom salt mixture into the liver.)
6:00-6:30 am: Wake and drink third ¾ (6oz.) of Epsom salts and drink warm water if you are thirsty before taking the salts. Rest, read, or meditate. If sleepy go back to bed, but try to keep the body in an upright position.
8:00-8:30 am: Drink fourth ¾ (6oz.) glass of Epsom slats.
10:00-10:30 pm: You may drink freshly pressed fruit juice at this time.
11:00 am: Eat one or two pieces of fresh fruit.
12:00 pm: Eat regular but light food.
For the next few days eat light and drink lots of water.
Over a period of time complete a liver flush once every month until you have eliminated liver stones and gallstones and can successfully do two liver flushes without seeing any stones. (Liver stones are a light tan color and gallstones are bright, fluorescent and dark green color.)
Then maintain your liver flush twice a year. Begin on March 11 or 31st, or June 11 or 30th and repeat 6 months later when the seasons change.
